SMC to Change PAS Process

The SMC announced a change to the PAS process of sharing information as a consequence of growing industry resistance to signing inter-company confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs), which in turn is due to increasing concern with the sharing of confidential pricing data, even indirectly. Companies no longer need to agree intercompany CDAs, but to maintain confidentiality, SMC will not report the ICERs upon which their assessment decision is based in NDC and SMC DADs.

See the SMC comparator section with a PAS for more information.
