NHS appoints 3 new senior staff to help drive technology and information modernisation

Implementing new technology takes into the NHS takes time but it can have major benefits such as reducing waiting times, costs and improving the health care provided. NHS England and NHS Improvement have therefore appointed 3 new senior staff to help transform how the NHS uses technology and information.

These are:

  • NHS Chief Clinical Officer – Professor Keith McNeil
  • NHS Chief Information Officer – Will Smart
  • Director of Digital Experiences at NHS England – Juliet Bauer
