Spanish SEFH Publishes Economic Assessment Guide for Genesis Reports

The Spanish Society of Hospital Pharmacy (SEFH) is about to publish its Guide to economic evaluation and budget impact on Medicines Evaluation Reports that are made through the Madre methodology Genesis program developed by the scientific society.

The aim is to provide pharmacists “an abbreviated guide with a practical approach to provide day to day” and help “the selection and positioning of medicines”. Then progress will be made in a much larger project in the field of economic evaluation.

Thus it provides “decision-making at the micro level”, although the aim is that the guide can be extended by all hospitals.
